Women having one's "tubes tied." Women should be able to have permanent sterilization, regardless whether they've had children or not. The idea that women "don't know what's best for them," or that they "don't understand the procedure" or "may change their minds" is condescending. No doctor should refuse the procedure on purely opinionated grounds.
